1875 “Rising P - Prince Bhanurangsi 2nd Issue” Song Salung(half Baht) ungummed woven green colour paper locally printed imperforated all four sides, in the middle an oval frame surrounding portrait of the Prince, above the portrait denomination “Song Salung” in Siamese and below “RISING P” in English. Hinged on a small piece of aging paper, reverse light thinning in fine condition. Green colour is only recorded on One Att denomination but for Song Salung is so far unrecorded in all major collections thus excessively rare and probably unique. Miraculously well preserved in very fresh colour after 144 years.(1)P.A.T. certified #78/2019
