”REGISTERED MARKING TYPE - RL-27” Paper Label With “Siam” Printed in Black size 43x17 mm. 1932 Registered airmail cover from Bangkok to U.S.A. on reverse affixed with King Prajadhipok Issue 25st.(#251) in strip of 3 totally 75st. paying 60st. for overseas airmail letter and 15 st. for registration fee, tied by wavy line cancel. On reverse bearing BANGKOK 53 cds dated 18.2.32, BANGKOK G.P.O. transit cds of same date, and WASHINGTON DC arrival cds dated 7.3.32. On obverse bearing “BANGKOK 53” bi-lingual paper registration label serial “524”. This label is unique in that it has an “R” with long right leg that ends in a downward point.
